This file requires VBRUN300.DLL (Visual Basic Runtime). You can find both this file and instructions for it by using keyword: WIN FORUM, and clicking on Visual Basic Run-time Modules in the left-hand listbox. This program will NOT work with VBRUN100.DLL, VBRUN200.DLL, VB40016.DLL or VB40032.DLL.

Uploaded by the author, TimeKeeper is a really well-done piece of shareware. This alarm clock has a multitude of desirable features. The following is a list of its major ones:
* WAV Alarms (Win 3.1 only); Select via Browse button
* Select number of beeps
* Creates and maintains desired configuration in its own INI file
* Positions anywhere on desktop by drag-and-drop
* Double-click on the clock to access Control Panel options:
- stay-on-top - text & background colors
- any font & size - 12 or 24 hr; seconds display
- update interval - 3 letter, full word, or no day display
- MM/DD/YY, DD/YYYY, MONTH/DD/YYYY, or no date display
* Alarm Function - Any number of alarms, each can be set differently:
- Enable/Disable: only an on/off switch, settings are saved
- Set alarm time: uses hh/mm/ss in a 24 hr format
- WAV: filename and test
- Beep: on/off switch for number of beep sounds when alarm is due
- Daily option: can be set to go off at the same time every day
- Select days: any combination of days may be chosen
- On date: may be set for a single specific day & time
- Message: enter text to appear when the alarm goes off
- Program: launch a EXE, PIF, COM, or BAT file at set time
- Erase: clear this alarm's settings
All options take effect immediately, so you can see the results of your actions without having to close and re-open the Control Panel.
Note: To install, after decompressing, COPY/MOVE all *.DLL and *.VBX files to \Windows\System. COPY/MOVE remaining files to directory of choice.
